Hi, we’re Matt and Tiff.

We're partners in life and business, parents of four, and passionate problem-solvers who believe work shouldn't be harder than it needs to be.

We started Emerge Works because we've seen how much time, money and energy disappear into the day-to-day running of a business.

Too much admin.
Too many manual processes.
Workarounds becoming business as usual.
Good people stuck doing work the hard way.

We think there's usually a better way.

Our job is to help businesses step back, see how work is really getting done, and find practical ways to make it simpler, faster and less frustrating.

No complicated frameworks. No generic recommendations.

We work alongside the people doing the work, uncover what's getting in the way, test ideas, and design improvements that actually stick.

Sometimes it's a process change. Sometimes it's a better way of organising work. Sometimes it's automation, technology or AI.

But we always start with the problem, not the technology.
