Scope of Service

The New Client Offer is a high-level review of your business operations, processes, systems and potential opportunities for improvement. Recommendations are based on information provided during the consultation and are intended as practical guidance only.

Fee and Payment

The New Client Offer is provided for a fixed fee of $199 NZD (including GST) unless otherwise stated.  Payment is required prior to the consultation being delivered.

What You Receive

Your New Client Offer includes: 

• One consultation session (up to 60 minutes)

• Review of current processes, systems and challenges discussed during the session

• Practical recommendations and suggested next steps

• A written summary of key findings and opportunities

Advice and Recommendations

Any recommendations provided by Emerge Works are based on the information shared by you during the review. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, savings, revenue increases, or performance improvements.  Implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the business owner.  The New Client Offer does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, cybersecurity, or regulatory advice. Where specialist advice is required, we may recommend seeking support from a qualified professional.  Where AI tools or technology solutions are suggested, Emerge Works makes recommendations in good faith based on available information at the time. Clients are responsible for assessing the suitability, security, compliance, costs and risks of any tools they choose to implement.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared and will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emerge Works' liability in connection with the New Client Offer is limited to the amount paid for the service.
